Andy (PhD/ BA Hons/ MBA / M Res) is a highly experienced leadership development consultant who works with Business Owners, Board Members and Executive Teams to identify and overcome their organisational growth challenges.
As the Global Product & Solutions Design Director of international learning and development company, Tack TMI, Andy was responsible for the successful design and delivery of global leadership programmes for businesses across the world, including Highland Spring (F&B), Collins Aerospace (Technology), and Capsugel (Life Sciences), now part of Swiss multinational, Lonza.
Andy is a Ph.D. in leadership from Strathclyde Business School and an affiliate lecturer in leadership and entrepreneurship at Glasgow University’s Adam Smith Business School. He’s also an accredited user of DISC psychometric profiling, Hogan assessments, Thomas International TEQi and holds a Certificate in Coaching from the University of Strathclyde.
His achievement are highly impressive but, having founded and successfully run his own Leadership and Management development firm for 15+ years, it’s his ability to combine academia with strong commercial acumen that helps him build strong relationships with clients that last, founded on trust, openness and understanding.
